CANCELLATION POLICY

to keep appointments running smoothly and respect everyone’s time, please review the following policies before booking. deposit policy a non-refundable $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment. the deposit will go toward the total cost of your service. cancellations & rescheduling a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment without losing your deposit. - cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will forfeit the $20 deposit. - a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. no shows clients who do not show up to their appointment without notice will be banned from future bookings. late policy a 15-minute grace period is allowed. if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. guests to maintain a calm and sanitary workspace, no guests or plus ones are allowed during appointments unless otherwise approved. foreign work i do not perform soak offs on products applied by other nail techs. please arrive with foreign product already removed. thank you for understanding and respecting these policies. <3 - healthy nail policy - your safety and nail health are my top priority ✨ i can only perform services on clients with healthy nails and skin. i will be obligated to refuse service or rescheduled if you have any of the following: - open wounds, cuts, or bleeding around the nail area - signs of infection (redness, swelling, pus, pain, or heat) - nail fungus or suspected fungal infections - severe lifting or separation of the nail plate (onycholysis) - warts on hands or around nails - Contagious skin conditions or rashes - excessively damaged or compromised nails that may worsen with service by booking an appointment, you confirm that your nails and surrounding skin are healthy and safe to work on. than you for understanding and helping me maintain a clean, safe environment 💅🏼
